Process

  1. Preparation and Cleaning - Clear the area of furniture and debris, thoroughly clean the floor to remove dirt and residue, and protect non-treated areas from chemical exposure.   4. Rinsing - After stripping, the floor is rinsed multiple times with clean water to remove any remaining chemical residue.

  5. Drying - The floor must be completely dry before applying the new sealant. This may take several hours.       

  6. Applying the Sealant - A new layer of sealant is applied to the floor. This may require multiple coats, with each layer needing to dry before the next is applied.

  7. Polishing - Once the sealant is dry, the floor is buffed or polished to achieve a glossy finish.
